Although we didn't end up going with NCP I want to thank them for doing a great job explaining their products and the processes. Don't hesitate to ask them questions as they will respond, this was an area that I have no experience in and they helped me understand the process, the complexities, and the nuances. Thank you so much to both Joel S. and Ray I really appreciate you both for educating me on the process.

Don’t waste your time on them if you own lower than 100k. Was told that 53k is enough. Then one week waiting. Collecting and sending all documents to them. And in the end sad that my 53k not enough to do the business. Slow on response. One week wasted

NCP has helped save many business owners from going under. The staff goes above and beyond to help the client feel like they are supported! Ray and Hayden are awesome to work with, so knowledgeable and kind - customer service is not dead!

They will never tell you the complete truth of their operations nor how the process goes, and everything in order to falsely enroll you. 2 people from the same company gave me 2 different offers, numbers, and stories. Everything was done on a recorded line and email. They will mislead you that they worked with those lenders even if they did not just so you can sign with them.
