They will never tell you the complete truth of their operations nor how the process goes, and everything in order to falsely enroll you. 2 people from the same company gave me 2 different offers, numbers, and stories. Everything was done on a recorded line and email. They will mislead you that they worked with those lenders even if they did not just so you can sign with them. I would never reccomend anyone use this company that is going through a financial crisis. Per their own agreement clients can stop or skip a payment when the business can’t afford it and you contact 2 days prior. On 2 occasions they were asked to stop payments and took the money anyway. They also tried to increase my payment outside of what I had agreed to and refused to make it right.
