Michael ***** was extremely knowledgeable about the business, was patiently in listening to my needs! I would love to work with someone like him! Im certainly grateful to NCC in helping me in getting my credit in great standing!!!! Hands down i would and will certainly recommend anyone who needs NCC service which is most of Americans!

I was referred to National Credit Care by a relative who worked for a mortgage company, who said she referred their clients here when they were beginning the process to purchase a home and needed help to improve their credit. And I am so thankful that I started using them. I've been using NCC for about 7 months now and has help tremendously. Things I didn't think could be fixed were. I have been with National Credit for a short 30 days now and the staff is always willing to help and always available! like today, I spoke to Kelton about my billing during my lunch hour, and he was available via all forms of media such as email, text, and phone! He resolved my concerns right away and my credit has gone up by 10 points! it's not much to some, but for me, it's the hope of knowing that credit is not in good hands!

I must say that when I originally signed up, I was terrified for many reason. The not knowing if this is just a scam or if the people would really understand how important my credit is to ME (as I'm trying to qualify for a mortgage loan). However, after talking to Nelly Lopez, she has really made me feel like I am not alone in this process. She went above and beyond to help me better understand all the steps and also gave me the reassurance I needed. A job done at it's finest!

I really enjoy using National Credit Care because they actually care. I have worked with them on and off over the past 5 years and they have always steered me in the right direction. Although you will spend some money through your process, they are always working hard to help get your credit right. This program is not a quick fix, it takes time to fix the negatives hits on your credit report as there are 3 bureaus. And just because 1 bureau removes an item doesn’t mean they all will. I have been working with National Credit Care for some months now, and they have been making solid progress cleaning out inaccuracies in my credit records. More recently I have worked with a credit specialist by the name of Joel Sidoti who has great experience, is very knowledgeable and does a great job.
