I called to actually cancel my membership/ subscription with NCC due to me feeling as though I didn't need their services anymore. When I first contacted this company I was unsure of how this worked, I knew something had to be done about my credit where it currently was scored. I decided to go with NCC credit and at first I was thinking "I have no idea what they are doing, and it is to quiet." I was actually calling to cancel my subscription. Spoke with Joel today, very positive and helpful. He gave me a lot of advice on how I should keep working on getting my credit score up.
