I called into National Credit Care to get some clarification about my case that I just opened on the 3rd of May and spoke with Hannah she explained to me the process of the program and also gave me helpful information regarding my credit. i would not recommend this company i your looking to clean-up credit report you can go month by month to pay but everytime i called they would try to keep me from canceling at least 4 calls. also they are not proactive in giving you updates after 6mos i cant remember 1 update w/out having to call and ask needless to say they were not successfull in the removal of one item which was re-added the next month
