DO NOT use National Counseling Group if you wish to submit bills to insurance for reimbursement. They do not use proper diagnosis and procedure codes, and will not help AT ALL to ensure you get reimbursement from your insurance company. We used them for a year and did not receive any billing statements! Instead, they would call saying we were late on payments. I tried to get them to mail me a statement but they never did. They said their codes were for Medicaid and they could not change them. The only way I ever saw the... read more
