What a mess! After sending over multiple pics of the finish I wanted, all I got was a poorly done base coat with no metallic finish and no urethane finish-- confirmed by 2 other companies that the job was never even finished. Zero oversight, no managers or quality control. Worse yet, we have to redo the baseboards which were all destroyed (I had asked if they need to be removed and was told no.) along with epoxy slopped on bathtubs and vanities.
