Danny Scott and buddy are perfectionists, and it starts at the top. Made my brand new truck perfect after it was rear ended
i never went to this shop before and I was sent there from my insurance company. I normally go to another place but I didn't want to wait for an adjuster to look at my car. Well when I got my car back I was very pleased with the workmanship on the car. The people at the shop always kept me up to date on the status of my car.
Stopped in with a wheel (rim) issue... A.K.A. Curb Rash. Spoke to Danny and he said no problem. He told me a 2 day wait. The rim was ready in 1 day. Pleased with the job and pleased with the service!!! Jane in the front office was very nice also!!! It is nice to find a Repair Shop that is Honest and Fair with the Price!!! I would not hesitate at all to bring a car in for a repair. Thank You National Collision.
5 star service from Danny and colleagues! Efficient and trustworthy, National Collision's status updates were well appreciated, and the repair work (and color matched paint job) to my Yukon XL was excellent.
I couldn't have been happier with the work done on my daughter's car after she got hit. I was kept appraised of the timeline, and it was done way earlier than I had hoped. If we ever need work done again, they're the only place I would go.
From the moment I was rear ended to the day I picked up my Car, Danny and his staff have been Top notch. They assisted me with a car rental, they kept me updated with the process from the start of repairs to the end of repairs. I felt like I had a new car again when I was leaving his lot. Danny, Scott and Dennis are a pleasure to work with. They don't BS you and they keep the lines of communication open. Even when delays occur, they apologize and keep you in the loop with what is going on. My family has had work done on a few different occasions from minor touch ups to major body work. Each time, the work was completed with the same level of commitment.
They do consistently fantastic work. I highly recommend National Collision......
