I began the moving process in December. I was working with a manager who ended up going to another location. Her replacement was terse and borderline rude to me several times upon our first meeting. I was informed the apartment was " all ready" on March 22nd. When I went in to sign papers, I was given a pre move-in check list. When I entered, the issues that I had encountered in December had yet to be resolved. There was no refrigerator!
