My aunt lives at this place. She was taken to do physiacl therapy and to reutrn to this place on W. Asby Pl. Guess what? They changed my aunt's door lock while she wss away doing her phisycal therapy. Keep in mind that my aunt has been paying for rent, never behind!!! Not a recommended place to go to.
I love the area where it's located and my apt, but that's where it ends. Mgt does not care about us it's 1 excuse after another and lies. Things were great before this company took over and I'm not the only tenant who feels this way. Our asset manager especially is very very unprofessional and theirs alot more to much to type. I try to get someone from cooperate to call me, but no luck not even a courtesy call. What is the problem with this company? I know, they are only interested in the $ and not us human beings.
