Update** if you are wondering why other negative reviews aren’t here I might know- they attempted to pay me $100 to take my review down. He called me and said sorry but then proceeded to justify all that they had done to us. He told me about his personal problems (I won’t relay them here) and I felt that still wasn’t a good reason for the way we were treated. The offer wasn’t the problem sir! Selling my home to this company was the worst home selling experience my husband and I ever had. They are predators. They made us an offer on our home. We took some time to consider it and accept. After 24 hours we weren’t sure we wanted to continue forward and we expressed that to them. One of the “bosses” ended up calling us and threaten to ruin us financially with litigation if we backed out. To soften the blow of those threats they offered us an extra 5 thousand.
