I ordered a carburetor from this company for my vehicle, but this company could not ship it within my required three day ship deadline. I informed their order department directly IN WRITING in an email to CANCELL my order. NINE DAYS Later my $280 was STILL being UNLAWFULLY HELD by this Company!! If I hadn't called, my money would've been held indefinitely since they had no records of the transaction and were surprised they stil were holding my money. SLOPPY BUSINESS!! These people are GREAT to work with. I needed a carb for an older RV and I ordered the wrong one. They worked with me to send it back and sent me the correct one with very quick turn around. Because of thier hard work, I am going to make it to my camping trip this weekend. Anyone who gives these guys a bad review has clearly made some mistakes and has unrealistic expectations.
