I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. A family member (21-year-old male) had a vehicle reserved for the holiday period. The reservation was confirmed in advance, and we also contacted the company the week prior to pickup to ensure everything was in order, which they confirmed. On December 22, we were informed that the company had changed its policy and now requires renters to be at least 22 years old. They no longer rent cars. Why is this still listed as a rental location? I called last summer for a rental and the woman who answered said they no longer rent vehicles. I asked a local car dealership if there was a car rental in town. They said there is only one, enterprise.
Prearranged car rental day before pick up . All went seamless fast set up friendly and efficient would recommend this site .
"This is the worst car rental service in all of Ontario. You are better off postponing your trip if you can’t get a vehicle from Enterprise or any other reputable car rental company. I 100% do not recommend any service from this company."
I would rate this location a 0 if I could. This is the second worse national/enterprise location I've been too, the first is the Listowel location which I've reviewed. I fly in from across the country and booked a rental at the owen sound national which turns out to be a Mazada dealership. I rent about 200 days a year with National/Enterprise and this is the first time in 20 years of car rental in North America where they don't except your credit card insurance and expect you to carry a copy of your personal car insurance wi... read more
