Clean vehicle and customer service was top notch
Sure wish there was an option to leave 0 stars, don’t waste your money here but if you do make sure you take lots of pictures of your rental or they’ll claim a cracked windshield on you when you get back home. Nothing said when BOTH front desk people were in the lot and told me where to park, reissue of a damage deposit when they claim to find “damage”, what’s the point of a damage deposit?! Lots of other rental companies I’ll give my money to before I pay National and their known “damage recovery unit” scam
Very easy to rent a car. Car was in perfect condition. Absolutely no hassle. Will rent again.
