Worst experience i have ever experienced. No one is on the location to help me out when I reach there on my reservation time. When I call to customer service for help to send someone on location they said just wait someone come i wait 1.5 hours no one pop-up. And then location closed and then they said our all location closed right now come tomorrow. How can I change my plan immediately. Very bad service.
Great service, great car
The service was good but they quoted me one number but charged me a higher price. When I called in, they said they would check into it and never called back. Disappointing to say the least.
I think it was my brother who rented. Nice car, very clean, great shape
