Not only did I get a great car at a reasonable cost, the service from the Airport to the Inglewood site and back was just beyond good. The drivers all were most helpful---and both my husband and I seemed to need help. They were kind and good natured about it. And then the shuttle drivers (both women) were so helpful to me. Can't say enough about the service, but I did e-mail the manager to say JOB WELL DONE.
Great service, nice people, I got exactly what I expected (clean car, available upon arrival, car class as requested) and the cost matched the quoted price (no unspecified extras). Verry satisfied client!
Not a good experience, waited about an hour for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the terminal and drive us to the (far away) rental car complex. There are literally ten Avis/Hertz/Enterprise busses for every National bus. Big waste of time. Hopefully they fix their bussing problems soon.
First time at the facility. The shuttle bus was easy to catch and the driver was very helpful with directions as time for transport to/from airport. Employees were very helpful at the vehicle selection/pick up area. Will definitely use National again on repeat business trips.
Excellent service, quick and easy after spending most of my day at O'Hare Airport due to multiple cancelled flights! National was great to put me in a car and on my way to my destination!
Were great to work with, friendly staff and was a breeze to pick the car I needed. Answered all my questions and were able to give advice to various areas I was visiting.
I highly recommend to make a business with National Car Rental LA Airport branch because of so many reasons: - Variety of cars - They do many upgrades for loyal customers - Drop off to/from the Airport run smoothly and quickly, also busses drivers help us with our luggages. - check in/out Cars from National also run very easy and fast. I like them so very much.
In and out were fast and easy, the car was great and the experience, as always, was what you'd expect from a world-class organization.
Never been disappointed in the cars or the service. Quick and EASY, especially when you belong to the Emerald Club. Recently when I picked out my car and got in line to check out, the line was 3 cars deep in front of me and one of the check out attendants walked to my car for my info so he could expedite the process and I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes. Nice touch and attention to detail!
