Scammed me into paying $3000 for a cracked front light due to a hit and run, and asked me to submit to my insurance because they were unable to wait (lazy) to do it themselves. Months later, insurance said it does not work that way because they already closed the claim from their end. $3000 for an average used Hyundai is probably what the whole car is worth, not the light's worth!! Gaslighting and Scam.
Horrible Horrible service ! VERY - POORLY - MANAGED ; I walked into this location on a Tuesday afternoon and asked to reserve a car for " pick-up service " for Wednesday morning at 08:30. They asked me to " Phone them to remind them " at 08:00. Really ?? So i phoned them at 08:00 on Wednesday morning to remind them. I was out on the street waiting at 08:30 for the pick-up service. No idea what they are doing. Said they put a hold then said they cancelled the hold on my card. When I asked for printout they said I’d get it when I checked out. Didn’t get it and they had put the hold. When I returned the vehicle apparently the gas gauge wasn’t enough over F for them. Told me I could go gas it up or they would later and let me know. 2 litters is how much it took because frankly I didn’t trust them. Rude and unhelpful. Don’t use this location.
