Completely satisfied! 🌟 Trevor and the team always go above and beyond to make sure I’ve had a good experience - whether personal or corporate use. This time, he even helped me maneuver working with the body shop while I had my toddler (and car seat) in tow. While being short on staff that evening, no less! At the end of the day! Serial return customer since many years!

After going here for years for my rental needs, I will no longer be using this place for business. Their rentals never show up on my Emerald Club account and the added coverage to protect my rentals come at a $7000 deductible where everywhere else is comprehensive. Also I rented a truck last year and they gave me a fairly new truck! Great! It was presented as an upgrade, never informed me that they would be up charging me about $125 additionally for an upgrade that I didn't agree to. After going here for years for my rental needs, I will no longer be using this place for business. Their rentals never show up on my Emerald Club account and the added coverage to protect my rentals come at a $7000 deductible where everywhere else is comprehensive. It's too much of a risk to rent from this place.
