Shady practices - they make you sign the walk through document before inspecting the vehicle and every issue you point out is told "thats not worth noting". Had been using them occasionally with no issues until a car rental with a cracked windshield was deemed to be our fault. Its categorically impossible this damage occurred during our car as we drove it 3 blocks and parked in locked underground parkades. Appreciate that we should have been more through with the walkthrough to have pointed this out before taking possession ... read more
