Staff were pleasant and eager to help. Welcomed me to Chattanooga. Easy in and out car rental experience. Clean cars and top notch people, that's why I always, I mean always rent with National!
The representative was very attentive and polite. She offered me an upgrade after our conversation was interrupted by an airport police officer asking for a piece of paper. The entire transaction took fewer than 5 minutes after booking online. Returning was even easier.
