Smaller airport w limited options. Status here does not matter. Car was brand new w8 miles but it was so cheap it had over current popping up on my screen when I started driving it. Burning smell when I arrived to hotel. Reported it to the agent when I returned and I was told they closed the ticket out by mistake. So much for customer service.
Very Bad Experience. I switched from using another big great company to use National, well bad decision, this is not a good company focus con customer service. Dirty car rented in Tallahassee location, we breath dirtiness and bad smell for 5 hrs trip, no mats in the floor, exterior car and tires like they did a deep mud car road, the Auto Car navigator did not work for apple or android, and when I asked to be exchanged at my destination in Tampa city,when I showed up next day, the manager himself did not take the time to loo... read more
