I have been traveling to Tallahassee for the last two months. My travel days are sometimes long, but have to say when I arrive at the National Car Rental in Tallahassee FL International Airport, Toni and Blaze makes the trip more uplifting with their amazing customer service. I am an Executive Elite member and had a very disappointing experience at the Tallahassee Airport location. Unlike other airports, they do not have an Executive Aisle, which already limits the benefits of the program. When I arrived, I was told they had no cars available. As someone with top-tier status, this was very frustrating and hard to believe, especially since one of the main reasons for loyalty status is supposed to be priority access to vehicles. I recently rented a vehicle from the National Car Rental location at Tallahassee Airport (August 28 – September 1, 2025), using my reward days for what was supposed to be a Premium AWD SUV. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The vehicle I was given was not AWD, despite my reservation. National rental is the only company I went through and it’s because I get good consistent service no matter the branch location. I am an executive level member and will continue to maintain that status as I enjoy the service I get!
