The vehicle I ended up getting was nice and no issues. The problem with the National rental experience at TLH is they don't have an Emerald Aisle, so you have to wait in line at the rental counter when you arrive. Then the desk agent tells you they don't have any keys at the moment (even though they confirm your already confirmed reservation details) and you'll need to wait 30 minutes. This location does not honor our loyalty or status. Anyone with executive emerald knows you book midsize so you have your pick of any car on the lot they force you to get a car at the desk kiosk in the airport and will only offer you intermediate or lower. Fight all you want to you won’t get anywhere with them. And their response to reach out to them? Link was broken at the time. No sure about now. lol just shows how they are.
