Got to IND and was able to walk to the rental car garage and National, which is a huge plus! The National Garage had plenty of cars to choose from in the Executive area. Checking out was quick and easy too. Overall, it’s the reason I’m Executive Elite with National, because I enjoy when things go this smoothly!

I had the most frustrating and humiliating experience at this location. I made a reservation for March 29th at 10pm using my National Executive Elite membership, expecting the usual hassle-free process. However, when I walked through the executive aisle, an employee stopped me and demanded to see my reservation. I have this membership precisely so I don’t need to show my reservation and can pick any car I like from the executive aisle. But this guy insisted I could only take a car like a Corolla, because that’s what he “saw”... read more

National is always great, I use them about 1x a week when I travel for work and I have never had a complaint. The cost is reasonable, the cars are nice and the people are friendly. I never get stuck with a fully electric vehicle (which can be hard to navigate with when you’re in an area you’re not familiar with for a short time).
