Convenient location inside the airport. Longer line than other counters however very pleasant customer service. Even though I had rented a mid size car which should be upgraded to full size due to my status. At first they gave me a very small car with a lot of miles on it which as an executive elite member I did not appreciate. However after I requested a better car Michaela personally brought me a larger/nicer car from the garage which as a frequent car renter was very appreciated and it is good customer service.
Similar experience... tried several times calling after lunch around 1:15 with no answer. Government work
I am Emerald member and have usually gotten good service from National. However, I had the wrong vehicle reserved by a ‘new’ employee and now am embarking on what will be a very uncomfortable family trip!! The whole point of renting was to get a large vehicle where we could be comfortable. I am extremely disappointed!
I've never had a problem using this location. There is only one person working here so of course they have a period where the desk isn't manned. I suggest calling first. Most times if I have scheduled to pick up a car when there won't be anyone available, they call me to let me know.
