I have used National for many years, they have never failed to exceed expectations
Unlike other National car rental centers, you have to go to the counter even if you made a reservation. No big deal though, it was quick and efficient. When I went, there was only two car options and they were both SUVs. Once you get the car key, you just take the elevator around the corner and walk to your designated spot for your car and drive out.
