No temp paper ID accepted. Not that that was the problem but there was a customer service agent that didn't like his job named Evan. Claimed to be the manager. Very rude stand off ish. Again not that the paper ID was an issue for me but the attitude and aggression makes it seem like this guy doesn't want a job in customer service prolly couldn't get another one somewhere else. Classic hate their life scenario.
Always easy to pick up and return. The people who work here are friendly and professional. The cars are in great condition and the process of renting is seamless.
