LJohnson I've had plenty of bad and mediocre rental experiences - horror stories in some cases, but I have to say, I truly don't believe I have encountered this level of service in recent history. Yes, they always have plenty of cars and GPS or whatever I need, no matter how late I arrive, but more importantly, their customer-facing staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.
