Great team, variety of car options, great hospitality by the pick up and drop off team, team explains all in one go.
We had to switch out the car for a mechanical issue, but the Pittsburgh Airport personnel were very professional and got us a different car right away.
The car itself was great, but as many people have mentioned the lost and found process downright sucks. There is no way to contact the location directly, and they force you to do a claim online instead. The system is finicky, and even when I received an email with a reference number the system said it was not a vaild number. Then it is just a slew of "we can't find it" emails.
