It was smooth from start to finish!
Executive elite member who rents quite frequently. Disappointed that certain cars are not qualified for “one-way rental” when they are in the executive aisle with no such warning on them at PIT airport. Waste of my time and disappointment to drive up and then have to go re-park the vehicle myself/find another one and hope it’s a bad enough vehicle that it’s qualified to rent it for drop off at DTW.
