Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The other rental places did not want to help with a short notice rental. Your staff had zero issues with it. They helped us choose the perfect rental and got us out the door quickly and hassle free! Will definitely choose then again
It was not a good experience at all
The Alexandria Airport National Car Rental has really improved over the 7 years I’ve been coming there. Cars are cleaned and filled consistently, the desk folks are cheerful and easy to work with. As I look at the other car counters - I’m glad I chose National.
