My husband rented a car from a different National Car Rental for work. The car was having issues so he stopped at this location. The employee there didn't want to help him out. My husband uses this company a lot and he's had to exchange cars before and never had an issue until today. So my husband called their customer service number. Long story short, they didn’t have a car for me when I booked 1-2 weeks in advance. Proceeded to tell me next availability is 3 days from when I got there. They told me they were trying to contact me which they never did. All lies
National Car Rental at AEX airport in Alexandria, Louisiana was great. The staff was delightful and friendly. Great customer service!
