Very professional and friendly staff!
I don't like feeling taken advantage of and that's exactly what this location did. I've been an executive elite with National for a long time, and charging me .42 a mile for a rental is a rip off. If you're going to charge an unusual fee you should inform me upfront. When I turned it in Portland, my expected $127.00 bill was over $600.00. On top of that, I was provided a car with a half tank of gas. Really unbelievable, and I no longer trust this location.
