I had a reservation and itinerary number. Told me they had no car for me. Because I didn’t book before The previous Wednesday. Why would they accept a reservation and give me an itinerary. Screwed up my whole day and all my plants.

Great experience with National! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The car we received was practically brand new and in excellent condition. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Would definitely rent from them again
