I never used to rent from National, and now they are the only ones I rent with. The car selection at the airport is always top notch and when I rent locally, the team goes out of their way to take care of me (and every customer I see them interact with). I highly recommend National Rental Car
Liars. Gave me a car with a half tank of gas and said "the system tracks that it's half full don't worry". The paper print out I got at rental didn't even have my car listed (no license plate, no starting mileage, nothing), but I was rushing too fast to take a note of it. When I turned in the rental car with the same half tank of gas, I told the attendant about the half tank of gas and they said it's not a problem since it came this way. We visited this location to swap our vehicle. Unfortunately this is a small location and all of the vehicles tend to be reserved.
