They really moved through several customers fairly quickly and with friendly attitudes. It did seem that since this was an airport facility and everyone had reserved a car that they could have planned better to have additional staff. No fault to the team that was there.
Worst rental experience. Despite having a reservation, confirmed hours earlier for a nearly month-long stay in Tulsa, I arrived at the Emerald Aisle to find a long line of angry customers, and an empty parking lot. Either National hadn't saved cars for the customers who planned ahead and made reservations, or National knew there was a shortage, and neglected to transfer vehicles from other locations. The employees of National Car Rental were friendly and went out their way to assist me. The car was clean and new. I highly recommend National Car Rental to anyone!
