Slow… No sense of urgency or purpose… They make you sit around waiting to pick up a piece of equipment while they walk around the yard talking in the phone, looking lost… I’d be embarrassed to be associated with some of these guys.
The gentleman at the counter was a little confused, but with some assistance from his coworker, everything i needed was taking care of.
