Sarcoma and its effects before kemo after kemo
My mother died from small cell carcinoma, which metastize to her bone then her brain. This is not a good cancer, and we were told by the doctors that it is primarily caused by smoking. My mother had her right breast removed at the age of 77 and had 6 weeks of radiation to her breast. I have since read in numerous medical articles that radiation to the breast and chest area can become, much later, another symtom of SCC.
