National Business Supply- Great service – I cant speak for other people but I have had nothing but great service each and every time I have dealt with them. I have been a customer for a shade under two years and I have had no issues with their people whatsoever. I like the fact that they have some personality and have something more to say than stuff about toner. I may only spend a total of an hour per year on the phone with my salesperson but its an hour well enjoyed.
GREAT ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND PHONE HARASSMENT – I AM A 16 YEAR OLD INTERN AND THIS COMPANY CALLED AND TALKED TO ME AND OFFERED TO FLY ME TO VEGAS TO TEACH ME HOW TO STRIP AND SHOW ME THE "ROPES" JUST FOR PURCHASING A TONER. Telemarketing Harassment at its worst! – I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their soliciting list to no avail. I have been contacted for over 8 years by rude, stalking, sarcastic telemarketers. If you ever need toner or other office supplies, pay the extra buck and save yourself a bunch of headaches down the road. I'm in Michigan and will NEVER purchase another product from this company!
Rude and harassing calls from them numerous times a day. – Worst sales person ever talked to. Most rude and pushy person I have had contact me. Doesn't know how to take no for an answer, and calls numerous times a day. If he doesn't like what you tell him, he will start calling other employees. Almost to the point of harassment! Have told him never to call back and he does almost every day.
Customer service at its best – It is sad that because of one sales person that people are recommending that consumers do not use a company. I have been a faithful customer at National Business Supply for better than 5 years. My salesperson is very courteous and the customer service staff has been very helpful. Harassing solicitation phone calls – I have been recieving solicitation phone calls from this company. I do not work in the office and therefore was never available when the calls came in. A caller by the name of Orlando called my company at 11:20am today. He was told I was not here. He then proceeded to get nasty when it was explained to him that I am not reachable at this number.
