I would not recommend this inspector at all. HE FAILED TO FIND ANY OF THE PROBLEMS THAT EXISTED WITHIN OUR HOME, EXAMPLES ARE multiple in the roof and doors, structural issues within the foundation, bad hvac system, inoperable pool heater.
