Took my truck in to get service done. They were able to get me in and out same day when other dealerships had quoted a few days. JD was helpful and great to work with. I will be coming here for all my future service needs.
I had my truck serviced today, 05/15/26. The service department is the absolute best in my opinion. JD checked me in quickly and showed me to the waiting area. He kept me informed via text through the entire service. I will only use National Buick/GMC for the service on my vehicle. If I ever need another vehicle I’ll shop here FIRST!!!
I took my 2021 Duramax 2500HD to National GMC in American Fork for a routine oil change and had a very disappointing experience. My service advisor, JD, initially offered an oil change package for $299. After inspection, I was told my fuel filter was at 20% and recommended to be replaced, along with an additive for $79.99. We had our engine light turn on 1,000’s of miles away from home. We called National GMC service and talked to Kaleb. He invited us into the dealership and he had us in service the minute we. got there‼️One hour later he had done the service check and had us back on the road. THANK YOU KALEB AND NATIONAL GMC♥️
