Dropped my car off there with a ton of problems. He was very Nice explained everything to me in a manner I would understand and had my car ready for pick up by the end of the day. I highly recommend.
If you're looking for an honest, reliable repair shop, this is the place! Lou is truly the best! He always goes above & beyond with communicating issues & providing alternative solutions if necessary. They are extremely fair with their pricing & I've never felt like I've been taken advantage of. They truly go out of their way to help you when you're in a bind!
I have been using National Brake for several years. I won't go anywhere else, Lou has always been fair, honest and is a great mechanic.
I cannot say enough great things about this business! My daughter was having some car issues 300 miles from home where we don’t know anyone. It was towed here by a recommendation from a local tow company. Lou is the best!! Very honest and treated my daughter like she was one of his family. Thank you Lou for being a great, honest person and owning a great business.
$140 ($70 half hour) an hour to just inspect a car, even with no repairs. I’ve seen these reviews about the college kids but I don’t know many who can afford this. I’ve also seen reviews with them arguing back on bad reviews, seems very unprofessional. I had a very rude experience with the owner that seems to look down on younger people.
