This organization doesn't care where you work or how you get certification done. No help what so ever
Jess is the most amazing and helpful lady ever!! Shes been helping me through my application process, called me back multiple times to make sure everything was going well and explained everything throughly to make sure I understood . I cannot stress how helpful shes been in this stressful situation. She is educated and dedicated to her job and I hope everyone gets the chance to speak to her if they are having any problems with the NBSTSA.
The absolute worst ! I don’t even know how they are in business . CONSTANTLY TAKING MONEY FROM ME !
The purpose is to encourage certification? I have been a member in good standing for 20 years. My certification was not renewed because I failed to pay the renewal fee on time. The reason I failed to pay is because they changed the billing cycle and (by their own admission) NEVER SENT ME A BILL. I had completed all the CEUs as required. They did not even send me an email saying I had lapsed. If they had, I could have paid extra and remedied the situation, but I was not even given the courtesy of an email.
