My son loves going to MJ. He did a great job.
Took my two sons for a hair cut today. There were 3 barbers, 1 had a client, the other two were available. I asked the younger barber if he was available for my older son, as he has cut his hair plenty of times in the past and I had my younger son go with the female barber. Again both barbers were available but “apparently I made it personal, by requesting one or the two barbers,” therefore instead of a walk in fee of $30 for the hair cut they increased it to $45. Mr Marcus and Mrs Gloria give the absolutely best service. Marcus is by far the best when it comes to attention to detail, especially regarding lines both beard and elsewhere.
It doesn't even deserve a single star. I started getting my son haircut at 12:10, and now it’s 2:40—and they’re *still* cutting it. When I asked how much longer it would take, all they told me was to wait. There was no apology or explanation. They claimed it was because I hadn't made a reservation, but I fail to see what the actual cutting time has to do with whether or not I had an appointment. Just make a reservation.
Definitely will be back!
