It doesn't even deserve a single star. I started getting my son haircut at 12:10, and now it’s 2:40—and they’re *still* cutting it. When I asked how much longer it would take, all they told me was to wait. There was no apology or explanation. They claimed it was because I hadn't made a reservation, but I fail to see what the actual cutting time has to do with whether or not I had an appointment. Just make a reservation.
Definitely will be back!
