I have been banking with NBT for 45 or more years and experiences have been Great! ALWAYS friendly service and just a phone call away! I can remember the old "cumbersome" drive thru when my Mom would take me to to make deposits. The old drive thru is actually the NBT parking lot now. Times have changed and so has NBT! I miss the smiling faces now days since NBT has the ATM and the mobile app. With the mobile app, I can deposit checks, pay bills, transfer funds and check balances all from my phone, anytime and anywhere!
