Their estimate of my solar panel tax rebate was off by $7000. This messed up my ZIP amount which increased my monthly payments for the next 15 years going forward. Even if I get the rest of the rebate next year, they won't re-amortize the loan and now I'm stuck with higher payments forever. I was told I could re-negotiate the loan this month so I paid as much as I could, but that turned out to be a lie. Now they're saying I can't do that for over 10 years!
