Will be closing account down after 2 straight years of just rude people and holds on checks every single time we had a large check come in. Only banker we truly enjoyed was Kevin Cuffie. He was fantastic and he moved out of there as well. Found a great banker at a different bank and ALL of their staff are so genuine and nice. Moving business to new bank as well.
Central office is great. The southern office drive up teller was rude, took forever, had a snippy, condescending attitude and seriously lacks any kind of customer service ability. Id rather drive to downtown phoenix to manage my money vs the treatment I received in Mesa. She seriously needs to be fired.
I have been banking with them for over a decade! Nowhere I would rather bank. Love everyone that works there. They always take such good care of me!

Update your hours if you decide to open at 10:00 instead of 9:00!!!!
