TERRIBLE... I opened my account with them as a newcomer and I wasn’t supposed to be charged any fees. Only now I realized they’ve been charging me almost 100 dollars every month. When I complained, they told me they could only refund the charges from the most recent month, and that I would have to absorb the losses from previous months because of an account-opening mistake they made. The Bank closes at 4pm. But in the google, It shows 5pm. I travelled thirty minutes to reach the bank only to fins that it is closed. Hours are incorrect and misleading.
I’ve been dealing with this bank for years. It seems to be going downhill rapidly. The customer service is terrible. They make you feel like you’re doing something wrong when you’re trying to take money out of your own account. I also went to this bank to take some money out of the machine, and the money wasn’t dispense to me, but showed it was dispensed, and they kept my money for six weeks until I got it back in my account bank to deal with closing my account.
Polite staff. Just that HQ called to give me an offer - using misleading information. Drive down here, spent about 2 hours of my day under a false pretense.
