Not a great experience. One of the reps here seemed to give me hope for my challenges I was having , but when I went after some time after few calls and booking an appointment they couldn't do anything, its like I didn't even speak to them,

We wanted to share my bad experience with this branch. We asked to make a booking to open another bank account, but the representative did not provide any options and instead booked us for an appointment at another location. So, disrespectful toward an existing customer and I think the last who worked there was using a pad was so rude and perhaps racist lady, before we are emigrant. All the representative was not booked or busy with someone, so she just was not there to help customers but instead to give us an attitude. Howe... read more
Great customer service! Sameer was friendly and acknowledged me, with a smile. right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he had every answer. He helped me with making a payment to the principal of my loan and assisted me with my app setup. He made my visit quick and seamless. Thanks!
