We wanted to share my bad experience with this branch. We asked to make a booking to open another bank account, but the representative did not provide any options and instead booked us for an appointment at another location. So, disrespectful toward an existing customer and I think the last who worked there was using a pad was so rude and perhaps racist lady, before we are emigrant. Great customer service! Sameer was friendly and acknowledged me, with a smile. right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he had every answer. He helped me with making a payment to the principal of my loan and assisted me with my app setup. He made my visit quick and seamless. Thanks!
Worst experience in this National bank with customer service. Nobody answers the phone for hours.
TERRIBLE... I opened my account with them as a newcomer and I wasn’t supposed to be charged any fees. Only now I realized they’ve been charging me almost 100 dollars every month. When I complained, they told me they could only refund the charges from the most recent month, and that I would have to absorb the losses from previous months because of an account-opening mistake they made.
