Financed a car through National Bank. Sixteen months after paying off the loan in full, National Bank still has a lien registered against the vehicle. Multiple phone calls, a visit to the branch, and three weeks after making an urgent request to have the lien removed, the lien is still there. Branch staff don't return phone calls. Long wait times and inconsistent answers when you call their customer service line. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
