While people working in the bank here are nice, it's impossible to get simple statement. Ordered 2 times already and 3 weeks later still no response or communication
This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. It took me 3 days of constant calling, hours of being on hold to actually speak to a live person. I have a car loan and the dealership said that I am able to make extra payments if I add the bank as a payee on my own bank. Well according to the customer representative I was able to speak with on the thirs day of me trying to reach them, I am unable to do that since the loan is not a bill. It’s really disappointing and unprofessional for a bank to advertise certain hours and then close early without updating them. People plan their schedules around these posted times, especially when they’re coming after work or traveling specifically to get something done at the branch. If the branch is going to close earlier than advertised, at least update the hours online or put a clear notice on the door. Wasting customers’ time like this is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the service.
They say they are open until 7pm, but they lock doors at 6pm and don’t allow anyone in without appointments after. You guys really need to do a better job at customer service and ensure right information is on Google Maps. Got out of work early and drove over 30 mins for this experience! (Only because they never mailed me a new debit card after it expired) amazing bank! Edit: they do that for all days - close the transaction counter 1 hour earlier than posted times and don’t even keep the branch open on weekends!
I had a great experience with my account opening. Advisor Faysal Younes was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and clearly explained all the options and details in a simple and transparent way. The entire process was smooth and well organized, and I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and guide me through each step. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend
