Just lost a customer of 16 yrs that a simple phone call could have saved. I have recommended this bank to several other people in the past, but no more. Closed my accounts and paid off a loan through them. Absolutely worst banking experience ever. So disappointed in their lack of customer service and making things right.
If I could rate them no stars I would. I always have problems that I wouldn't have at any other bank and the people working there are always so rude!! After today I told the lady I will be switching banks and she goes "whatever". If anyone I know says they are thinking about going with this bank I will tell them not to because of the TERRIBLE experience.
Shelby Cloud and the ladies at The National on Clear Creek go above and beyond to help customers! Love this establishment!
