I wanted to send some money to the lady who cleans my house, but is on lockdown due to corona virus. they wanted $25 to do that and would not waive the fee even though lots of us are making sacrifices right now. maybe we all need to bank elsewhere?
Their online services are null. They has fees so ridiculous as they charged you for move your own money from account to account more than 6 times. Hello, is my money and I’m always using the app. So, nobody is doing the job. Their system has a delay and bad timing with withdrawals, and make you pay for that too. I lost money for their inefficiency. I close every account and my family will too.
They have no system to review payment information and expect you to make payment without being able to ensure this is your acount. Terrible outdated payment system! Plus rude workers.
