These people are horrible!!! They are crooks and will rob you of every dime you have! We bought a truck there and haven't even had it for 4 months and the rear end locked up on us after many attempts to get the problem fixed since we bought it in July and been in the shop three times and returned to us still sounding the same. I purchased a vehicle from these people less than 2 weeks ago. I love the vehicle but brought up a few issues with it BEFORE I let them get my down payment & was assured they would be taken care of. However I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or give me any resolution to my issues. And Ole Robin, she informed me that unless I had a "We Owe" letter in my file, my issues would not be resolved. I had a terrible experience with the manager Robin the sales person was absolutely great but dealing with her was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I read one of the previous things right about her about her lies and being deceitful which is 100 percent true. If I owned a business I would not have someone like that working for me .
As far as sales and finance Ryan, Bruce, Woody, and the others were great..worked hard to get me in a nice car. Where the problem came was when they promised to repair the vehicle and then the manager Robin, backed out giving me excuses of parts that were never replaced. Then while my car was getting fixed had her driver come get it without me knowing.
