I bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza for waaaay to much just for it to have engine oil consumption issues and the engine blew less than 2000 miles after I bought it. Definitely buy a warranty on these older cars because here I am 2 years later still making payments on a car that doesn’t work. The sales guy Ben was a creep, he got my personal number and tried to text me winking faces after the purchase. But didn’t help when my car broke. Be aware!
Arrived at the dealership after a 2 hour drive and was told the car wasn't there, but would be back on the lot soon. I had arranged to look at it that day and they knew I was coming a long distance and they were expecting me, so it seemed very odd. My car recently broke and I needed to find an affordable car quickly. Erick and Helen were incredibly patient and helpful with getting my car. They went above and beyond making a stressful situation easier to deal with. Happy I went with national auto.
This dealer shop doesn't care if your vehicle needs repairing unless you bought or own a vehicle you got from there lot I took in my 2005 Pontiac over a month ago and it still hasn't been worked on nor have I even got contacted on the statue of the vehicle. When you try to call and see what is going on. They are rude and disrespectful to you on this matter. My family has been out of s car over a month for a wiring issue that shouldn't take more then 3 days to fix.
