It has been the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, I put up with a lot but, this so called "Auto tech "literary broke my car instead of fix it. and wally is an ignorant dishonest attendant. Karma is a law and God forsake him for his injustice. *Please reconsider before taking your car there, and if you do have someone else from a different shop check it before and after your visit there.
I took my car a Lexus RX300 to National Auto Tech & Towing located at 630 W. National Ave. To be repaired and I took a previous paper work I obtained from Auto Zone that I received earlier that day. Needless to say the check engine lite reading from Auto Zone said I needed to check E Vac code system & cylinder 4 was missfiring. DO NOT USE THEM.They towed my car as a repo for pls my car. The emergency brake was on and the steering wheel was turned and locked they dragged the car for about 25 feet across concrete and then down the curb crushing the headers and the flowmaster mufflers and crushing the crome exhaust tips the exhaust system was only 2 weeks old and now needs to be replaced.The front end alinment is completely off and my tie rod ends are off as well the parking brake and the cable needs to be repaired or replaced.When i brought this up t... read more
