I was told the motorcycle was picked up on Tuesday the 8th but wasn't picked up until the end of the day Wednesday the 9th. They said it would be delivered Friday the 11th and it is now Sunday the 13th and no word on the delivery still. Can't get ahold of anyone in the office and haven't heard anything from the driver.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Booked shipment for Sept 1st driver didn’t come until Sept 5th and there was no communication from the company about any delay. When I called they kept telling me my vehicle will be at my new location Sept 10 , come September 10th and now they’re saying it’ll be delivered tomorrow September 11th. I didn’t pay all this money for them to be unreliable, inconsistent , and unprofessional. My family moved as my husband joined the military. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
