RecommendedI went to plenty of mechanics in the pasco area and nobody could really give me a complete break down of what was going on with my car, one told me only the dealership could fix it and no where else. until my tow truck driver recommend national auto! they took time and found the problem with my vehicle within two days, also got 10% off for being a triple A member 😊 would definitely recommend, and definitely come back! very sweet and caring family owed mechanic shop❤

I went here and had the most awesome service!!! I could not have asked for any better..got me in and out QUICKLY ..this business and all the employees absolutely know what they are doing and I HIGHLY recommend going there for your automotive needs � thanks so much for getting me back on the road ..I will be SURE to recommend you to everyone I know..
Been going to this store for 3 or 4 years now for routine maintenance and I don't like to go anywhere else. Was broke down far from home recently, called AAA and got a toe truck to me in less than 30 minutes, called the shop immediately and spoke with Kevin, he was about to leave for the day but stayed just long enough for my car to get there and to get me a ride home. Any company that uses a paid website like surecritic to get reviews, and offers customers a discount to give 5 star reviews is just plain crooked. Reviews should be unsolicited, honest and not negotiation for the price of the repair. After our visit I would not believe any of the 5 star reviews posted about this place. But if you want someone to tell you every fluid in your car needs replaced just get an oil change here. These folks are shady. I think I will cancel our AAA if this is what they recommend.
Kevin, Ben and Ian were incredibly helpful, and the service was fast. I expected my car to be in the shop for at least two days, but they had everything done the same day.
