I have never had an experience come close to this one. They made it such an easy process, any issues (really just the oil light needed resetting) fixed without any fuss. Price was great, car runs great and customer service was phenomenal. Will be back every time I need a car. This is how car purchases should be people! Finally someone who knows what they are doing, what a relief!
I was initially thrilled when I made my transaction with Josh as I traded down from my 2013 VW Jetta to a 2011 BMW X3. I was promised by Josh that the (tire pressure monitor) TPM light would be fixed along with a broken glove box handle. Two months later I sit here with a broken TPM system light and glove box handle after having to have "repairs" done on all four TPM sensors which still do not works even after I went back 3 times and had to buy the sensors myself to be installed. Bought my BMW from here a couple weeks ago and Josh assisted with my purchase. I have to say that he and the other staff at the dealership are polite and friendly. It was a great sale because Josh knows all about those vehicles on the lot to answer questions and he does truly care about what he sells, always willing to assist on any issues and keeps his end on any bargain he makes. I highly recommend for other car buyers looking for a great deal on a used vehicle - stop at National first!
